Garden Nursery Products accepts returns for eligible products that are unused, unopened, and undamaged. All return requests must be approved prior to sending any item back.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

The product must be free from damage

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required
Products that have been opened, used, installed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, customers must contact us for approval.

A brief reason for the return

Clear photos of the product and packaging showing it is unopened and undamaged
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed:

You will be notified via email if the return is approved

Approved returns will be provided with instructions and the warehouse return address
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

Garden Nursery Products is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
Refunds

Returned items are inspected upon receipt

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds exclude original shipping costs

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
