At Garden Nursery Products, we pride ourselves on the quality and reliability of the products we offer. Due to the nature of our items and the cost of shipping, we do not offer automatic returns or exchanges.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply no longer need the item.
Why We Don’t Offer Returns by Default
Our products are often liquid bottles or granular bags of fertiliser, which can be damaged, leak, or degrade if returned.
Shipping these items safely is costly, complex, and may violate courier handling policies.
Return shipping is not covered and may exceed the cost of the product itself.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll assess your claim and let you know the next steps. If a replacement or refund is approved, we’ll notify you in writing.
