At Garden Nursery Products, we are committed to delivering your order safely, reliably, and on time. The following policy outlines how shipping is managed, what to expect after placing an order, and your responsibilities as the recipient.

We currently deliver to residential and business addresses across Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders with overseas delivery addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

🚚 Courier Partner

All orders are delivered via our trusted courier partner, Aramex.
We use an integrated courier system to manage dispatch and tracking, but Aramex is responsible for the final delivery.

πŸ“… Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST may be processed the next business day.
Delays may occur during peak periods such as public holidays or promotions.

πŸ“¦ Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Rural and remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, or access issues.
We are not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, size, and your delivery address.
Shipping applies to all orders β€” we do not offer free shipping unless clearly advertised as part of a time-limited promotion.
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply.

πŸ“ Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive or collect the parcel.
If you have not received your tracking link within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us at info@gardennurseryproducts.com.au.

🏑 Authority to Leave (ATL)

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave by default:
If no one is home at the time of delivery, Aramex will leave the parcel in a safe, accessible location.
If no safe place is available, a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
By placing an order, you authorise ATL and acknowledge that Garden Nursery Products is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

πŸ“­ Failed Deliveries or Return to Sender

If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, or if delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, your parcel may be returned to us.
We will contact you to arrange re-shipping, and additional delivery fees will apply.
Refunds are not issued for returned parcels unless the product is found to be faulty.

πŸ“· Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery (or expected delivery).
Include clear photos of any damage to the product and packaging.
We will raise a claim with Aramex and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible.

  • Provide a correct and complete delivery address

  • Include access notes if relevant (e.g., gate codes, delivery instructions)

  • Monitor tracking updates and act promptly if re-delivery or pickup is required
