Application Rates

Hand Gun (General Use): Mix 250mL to 3.3L of product per 100L of water.
Boom Spray (General Use): Apply 50mL to 7L of product per hectare.

Boom Spraying for Crops and Pastures:

Use enough water to ensure good coverage.
For ground rigs or aircraft, use 200-300 micron droplets with a minimum of:
50L/ha water for boom spraying.
20L/ha water for aerial spraying.

Specific Applications:

Hardhead Thistle: Use 200-250L/ha of water.
Silver Wattle:
Ground Boom Spray: Use 150-200L/ha of water.
Aerial Spray: Use a minimum of 50L/ha of water.

High-Volume Hand Gun:

Fully cover leaves and stems using a No. 6-8 tip at 700-1500 kPa.
For dense areas (e.g., 2m-high silver wattle):
Use 30-40L of spray per 100m² of infestation.
For larger areas, apply 3000-4000L per hectare.

Tips for use

Using the Product:

Choose the right application rate based on weed size.
For best results, apply when weeds are actively growing.

Mixing Instructions:

Half-fill your spray tank with water.
Add the required amount of Clopyralid and fill the tank completely.
Stir continuously before and during use.
Mix only what you need for the day.
If mixing with other products, add powders or granules first, then liquids like Haloxyfop or MCPA LVE.

Restrictions:

Avoid spraying weeds under stress from extreme weather, drought, or prior herbicide use, as this reduces effectiveness.

After applying:
Do not plant sensitive crops for 9 months if using up to 300 ml/ha.
Do not plant for 12 months if using 300–500 ml/ha.
Field peas should not be planted for 2 years if over 500 ml/ha is used.
Do not spray if rain is expected within 3 hours.

Storage:

Keep in the original container, stored in a cool, ventilated space away from sunlight, feed, fertilisers, or seeds.

Safety Tips:

Avoid contact with skin or eyes and do not inhale spray.
Wear PVC gloves and a face shield when mixing.
Wash hands, arms, and face thoroughly after use.
Clean gloves, face shields, and clothing daily.
