SureFire Multi Turf Herbicide 1 Litre is a selective turf herbicide containing 300 g per litre MCPA, 15 g per litre Diflufenican and 20 g per litre Clopyralid for broadleaf weed control in established lawns. It targets weeds such as clover, bindii, creeping oxalis, capeweed, plantain and cudweed, while remaining suitable for couch, buffalo, kikuyu, Queensland blue couch, fescue and ryegrass when used as directed. Best applied to actively growing weeds at 50 mL in 2 to 5 litres of water per 100 square metres.

SureFire Multi Turf Herbicide 1 Litre is a selective herbicide made for the control of broadleaf weeds in home lawns and recreational turf. It contains 300 g per litre MCPA, 15 g per litre Diflufenican and 20 g per litre Clopyralid, the same active ingredient combination used in products such as Bow and Arrow and Warhead Trio. This formulation provides both contact and systemic activity, giving improved performance on a wide range of turf weeds.
SureFire Multi Turf Herbicide can be used on established turf varieties including common couch, hybrid couch, Queensland blue couch, kikuyu, buffalo, fescue and ryegrass. It is registered for broadleaf weed control in recreational turf and lawns but will not control annual grassy weeds such as winter grass, summer grass, paspalum or crowsfoot grass.
The herbicide controls many common broadleaf weeds including white clover, bindii, cudweed, creeping oxalis, plantain, capeweed, cat’s ear, dandelion and other similar turf weeds. A surfactant such as Wetter 1000 is often added to the tank mix to help the spray bond to the weed surface and reduce runoff.
SureFire Multi Turf Herbicide is suitable for use in both warm season and cool season turf and can be applied throughout the year when weeds are actively growing. Users are advised that transient turf discolouration may occur on buffalo, kikuyu, carpet grass and Queensland blue couch. Differences in some buffalo varieties may also lead to more pronounced effects, so testing a small patch before full application is recommended. It should not be used on bentgrass greens or on winter grass putting surfaces.
Application is typically 50 mL in 2 to 5 litres of water per 100 square metres, applied evenly using a coarse to very coarse nozzle matched to the sprayer output. Avoid overlapping and avoid application to stressed lawns. Complete weed death may take several weeks, with faster results on younger weeds. Due to residual effects from Diflufenican, overseeding within three months of treatment may affect establishment.

Turf Spraying (Standard Application):
Use 50 mL in 2 to 5 litres of water per 100 square metres.
Broadacre Turf Areas:
Apply 5 litres in 200 to 500 litres of water per hectare.
Sprayer Nozzle Guidance:
Apply using an AIXR coarse to very coarse droplet nozzle tip, correctly matched to your sprayer output.
With Surfactant (Recommended):
Tank mix with a suitable surfactant such as Wetter 1000 to improve coverage and minimise runoff.
Apply only when turf and weeds are actively growing.
Avoid exceeding application rates or overlapping sprayed areas.
Transient discolouration may occur on buffalo, kikuyu, carpet grass and Queensland blue couch.
Test a small patch of buffalo before large scale application.
Do not apply to bentgrass greens or winter grass putting surfaces.
Complete weed death may take up to six weeks, with faster results on younger weeds.

dry formulations → liquid concentrates → water soluble liquids → surfactants
Add surfactants only after the herbicide has been fully diluted.
Most users do not require spraying oils with this herbicide.
If used, follow the specific label directions of the oil product.
Use a suitable turf surfactant, for example Wetter 1000, to improve coverage and reduce runoff.
Add the surfactant after the herbicide is fully mixed in water.
